Came in for a Type B service. Was informed that my brakes are an issue and potential safety issue and he gave me a list of my available options and his recommendation. I was tight on time and wanted to defer the work, but he offered to put 2 people on it to complete the work within my allotted time slot.

I take my CRV to Roadsport for each oil change. Any concerns or issues that are found during the routine inspection are brought to my attention discuss and fix. Thanks

It was a B1 service call. Will noted all the details required from me and then described what works would be involved and provided the breakdown price. The service was done before the estimated time and a phone call made to let me know it's done and courtesy shuttle dispatched to pick me up.

I have to mention the staff and service at Roadsport is #1. Especially the Mechanic-Fitz, who has been servicing my vehicle for many years, he is Excellent, a true Veteran Mechanic-very knowledgeable. Dragon, a great service advisor and extremely helpful. thank you Roadsport Honda.
