I was told that I would receive $5 oil changes as I was a VIP customer. Went for my first oil change and was satisfied as it was under $10. When I went for my second oil change I was told it would be over $250 because they had to do a visual inspection of brakes etc. Needless to say, I left without getting anything done. I was then emailed a customer satisfaction survey and when I filled it out and sent it back, i never heard from Honda again. No one contacted me to discuss my issues and concerns. I am done with Honda and I tell as many people that I can to stay away.
