service is good except for the wait which is a little long but I guess there's lots of cutomers but you guys have comfi seats and tv and free coffee so its ok to wait.

Purchased a Civic LX. Charles walked me through all of the car's features, step-by-step, with all my questions answered. We discussed other matters in-depth, for example maintenance requirements, terms of the agreement, and most suitable methods for me to provide payment. Charles was thoughtful and transparent, allowing me to relax, ask as many questions as I liked, and be sure that he will give the time to answer all my questions until I was satisfied. I was very pleased with Charles's service and the Civic's performance, I look forward to a long life for the car, and to continue to be a Honda customer due to their high standards for their product and service.

I am very happy with Owen's service. He pays much attention to the details, including preparation of the documents, explanation of vehicle features and the instruction of how to drive and use of the car. He also put some grease to prevent rust when he installed the plate for me. Very professional. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
