I didn’t know there was an anti-siphoning device that locked the fuel door when I stuck a tube in it to put gas in because the jerry can nozzle doesn’t go in, nor was I aware that there is a funnel in the back of the car for the jerry can. So after trying to get it out I sent my car to honda and the technicians don’t know how to do there job, they were going to charge me $2000 to replace my fuel tank when it wasn’t broken and there was nothing wrong it. I took my car back from honda and my friend with no mechanical experience got the tube out off of some videos he watched on youtube. Thanks Jonker Honda, very impressed!

We booked a service for a GPS update on a Sunday arrived early they told us we did not have it scheduled but could fit us in, waited two hours and then they told us to take it home and do it ourselves. They admitted that we did book the appointment weeks ago but the computer failed to update it in the system...seems fishy to me. Another time we had it serviced they called and we missed the call by 30 minutes and they said to get the work done we have to reschedule as it has been taken off the lift. This place is convent but not the best in service. Disappointing.
