My car's A/C failed a month into my new car from Empire. They assured me they'd fix it... recharged it and I was on my way. When it failed again 3 months later, I knew it had a leak. The CarFax also showed the previous owner had the same issue. Empire promised to fix it. As it was fall by then, we agreed to hold off until spring. Come spring, the service advisor tells me it could cost thousands to take apart the dash. They didn't even investigate if it might be the compressor or something cheap. They said if I agreed to purchase another used car from them THEN they'd fix my previous car free. Screw this group of clowns... don't EVER purchase from Empire.

Great guy there I cant remember his name but I went on a Sunday just to take a glance at a van I saw online and there was someone there and even tho they were closed he had no problem getting the keys and showing me around it and letting me drive it around the lot not many dealers that will do that on a Sunday definitely 5 out of 5

I was recently in search of a new truck after my BMW caught on fire and I came across Empire Auto Group online, where I spoke to Al Shaer about financing a truck. Al Shaer worked with me over the course of a couple of days of texting, phone calls and emails, while answering all of my questions to find me a great truck that works within my budget. I ended up going up to London, Ontario on a Sunday and meeting Al Shaer from Empire Auto group in person, where we had lunch and coffee, he gave me a tour of the dealerships and also a small tour of London, Ontario. I'm very pleased with the effort that was put into making sure that I'm getting what I want with a price that works for me. Thanks for everything you've done Al Shaer! Al Shaer made me feel extremely welcomed and more like an owner then a customer. I would highly recommend Al Shaer from Empire Auto Group to everyone.

I've been browsing for our next car (minivan), I've been to different car dealerships. then we came across Empire Auto Group. Very accommodating, gave us and gave the car that I was looking for. it was beyond our expectation. I contacted the "Empire Auto Group" randomly for a car loan that I found on google after a repo happened to me over a discrepancy with a car loan from a bank that ripped me off. Aside from that; it ruined my credit. I called Empire and was greeted by a young man by the name of Omar on the phone and said he would do his best to help me out. And he absolutely did! He then contacted me promptly and said I was denied from all banks because of my repo on file. As I was ready to give up on the thought (at that very moment in time) of not be able to get a vehicle for awhile (which i direly needed to get around) Omar said that their in-house financing was an option! Me being extremely pleased by that notion, I immediately agreed! I did have to put a small amount down, which was understandable considering my situation. Bottom line was that he got me back on the road again after I thought it was hopeless. He was extremely professional on the phone, answered every question I had, and literally made my summer. I will receive my car (which he will be shipping straight to my door!) in a week and a half! Empire Auto Group East, definitely the place to call! I just want to say what an AMAZING job empire has done with my car. Specifically Shawn. ☺️ I’m a single mom who didn’t have the best credit. Empire gave me exceptional service. As well as a comforting environment. I was able to get a vehicle far beyond what I desired. It’s been a pleasure working with empire and I would suggest them to anyone to needs a car. After having purchased two vehicles from this place I will never buy another one here again. Buyers beware. I took my vehicle in for a free oil change and when I got it back home, all the oil leaked out onto my lane. The shop had smashed a h in part of the oil housings. After the manager told me not to worry and that he would fix it for me at no cost. Now 4 months later I got a bill for over 1000 dollars.
