Great Guys Very Knowledgeable

I was very kindly helped by Mike and Jonathan out in the parking lot when I couldn’t figure something out with my Jeep. They put me at ease as they were very knowledgeable and got me on my way. I will definitely be back for my next Jeep purchase. Thanks guys!!

Drew Marr absolutely impressed the hell outta me , he went above and beyond , my appointment was scheduled for 115pm drew called me even earlier letting me know they were good to go :) , well upon arrival drew had 3different options for me to look at , I was completely blown away , drew made this process actually enjoyable :) ... I Highly recommend Drew Marr if anyone is looking for vehicle .. super friendly and just made me very comfortable ... thanks again Drew for high quality service and professionalism .... would absolutely buy from you and St. Albert dodge again after that experience

This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from st.albert dodge. Normally I am happy with the service I receive there. Until now. Had oil change done in Nov.... advisor told me shock needs to be replaced... its under warranty. Part will be in in about a week..... will get a call when part is here. Call back a month later to see where the part is.... told part won't be in till Feb. Waited till end of Feb to call back Still no part. Spoke with service manager who said its the first he is hearing about it.... I asked about a rental as my vehicle will be in the shop and I get rental coverage that I paid for when I got the jeep.... every time it's an argument to get the rental and when they check into it after fighting with them I get it . Now I'm being told the axle is leaking and the rad needs replacing also. Sorry guys but I'm not waiting another 3 months for a part you tell me I need asap . I am in the market for a new vehicle right now but I won't be getting it from st.albert dodge.

We had a fantastic experience here. Ralph Joseph, the sales associate, was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was amazing! We appreciated the low-pressure atmosphere, and are very happy with our purchase and the overall experience. We would definitely come back again.
