This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from st.albert dodge. Normally I am happy with the service I receive there. Until now. Had oil change done in Nov.... advisor told me shock needs to be replaced... its under warranty. Part will be in in about a week..... will get a call when part is here. Call back a month later to see where the part is.... told part won't be in till Feb. Waited till end of Feb to call back Still no part. Spoke with service manager who said its the first he is hearing about it.... I asked about a rental as my vehicle will be in the shop and I get rental coverage that I paid for when I got the jeep.... every time it's an argument to get the rental and when they check into it after fighting with them I get it . Now I'm being told the axle is leaking and the rad needs replacing also. Sorry guys but I'm not waiting another 3 months for a part you tell me I need asap . I am in the market for a new vehicle right now but I won't be getting it from st.albert dodge.

We had a fantastic experience here. Ralph Joseph, the sales associate, was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was amazing! We appreciated the low-pressure atmosphere, and are very happy with our purchase and the overall experience. We would definitely come back again.

St. Albert Dodge is hands down the best car dealership I've ever walked into. The staff are wonderful and welcoming right when you step foot in the door! Hubie helped us out with our truck, and I can't say enough to express how wonderful he was. Knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic, he was enjoying our experience right along with us! I would (and will) recommend that everyone visit and see Hubie about buying a new vehicle!

Just bought a 2021 Jeep Grande Cherokee from Chad Davis and I can not say enough good things about the experience. He did everything he could to get me the payment I wanted and made everything super easy! I have bought vehicles from other dealerships before and this has been by far the best. If you are looking for a vehicle make sure St.Albert Dodge is your first stop because it will be your last.

St Albert Dodge is staffed by an amazing team of awesome people. From my first phone call for service on my old vehicle to the purchase of a new vehicle within a two week period, I have met several employees at St Albert Dodge. They serviced my 2012 Ram as well as my 2012 Chev Equinox. I purchased my 2020 Ram Limited edition here at St Albert Dodge and I absolutely Love it. From now on St Albert Dodge will look after all my vehicle needs. My initial phone call was for service on a late model Ram. Nick took my call and handled it beautifully. This first point of contact with Nick has changed my perspective on dealerships and service. I was leaving another Dodge dealership at the time of my call and I was none too pleased with their lack of service. Nick assured me that St Albert Dodge would look after my vehicle service needs. I made an appointment for the following day and am 100% pleased with this decision. Upon arrival Matt registered my 2012 Ram for its service needs and the mechanics quickly solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I had the vehicle detailed and it was cleaned inside and out beautifully! I could hardly recognize the old Ram without all the rust across the front bumper. Unbelievable clean at a reasonable cost. Forget Bubbles!! About 10 days later I found the need for further service on the 2012 Ram which I had purchased only two weeks prior from a car lot. Back to St Albert Dodge for an inspection and detailed report. Again at a worthwhile cost and with the professional, friendly and amazing service personnel. By this time I had wondered into the show room and found the most beautiful truck ever. The shuttle driver and super expert car detailer are also top notch. During the course of two weeks and having my old truck serviced twice and having my old SUV detailed I met several staff at St Albert Dodge. I had the experience of friendly, courteous and interesting shuttle driver and getting to meet the fellow that details the cars. Wonderful people from one end of this dealership to the other. I had both of my vehicles detailed and the 2012 Equinox shines like the day I purchased it almost 9 years ago. Wonderful. A midnight Blue 2020 Dodge Ram Limited is now my ride… I am thrilled and surprised and extremely happy with this rather unplanned purchase. Thank you Mark Maguire for making the purchase of this vehicle so smooth and seamless. Service is number one priority at St Albert Dodge and I have seen this in all aspects of my experience here. The sales staff are knowledgeable in all features of the vehicles they sell. I had a question a few days after I left the dealership and within a quick call to Mark, I was able to program another fantastic feature onto my truck. Thanks also to the finance and management team and to the HR people... What an amazing team of service personnel and professionals they have gathered together. Real Team Players!! St Albert Dodge is the place for service (of all makes) and sales! St Albert Dodge ROCKS!

If your in the market for a new car talk to Chad Davis! Best car buying experience ive ever had. Lowered our car payment and got us into a new grand cherokee that we thought we would never have a chance getting. 10/10 would recomend to a friend. #1 salesmen Chad Davis!
