DO NOT shop for a vehicle from Jonker Honda!! We were thrown under the bus by Jonker Honda. "a Jonker Honda is worth the drive"??? NO! NO!! NO!!! DON'T DO IT!!! we called 8:50am, then BOOKED an appointment and drove 45 minutes to test drive a car with my disabled partner in tow. They have NO idea the effort it took to make the trip. We arrived only to find a 'Walk-in' customer with NO appointment, about to take the car for a test drive. WE HAD A BOOKED APPOINTMENT with NO others booked in at the time and had DRIVEN 45 MINUTES!! Made NO difference! the car was sold to the other party. YOU TOO, will drive from afar and have NOTHING to show for it but wasted time and effort with sales practices such as we experienced! Jonker Honda sales was so abusive of us; disrespectful, inconsiderate and uncaring. Salesperson Thomas CHANG is every bit the epitome of the 'Used Car Salesman'! His actions were immoral, dishonest and uncaring and harmed us greatly! Sales manager Brian said he'll help to find another car for us so it is still left to be posted, if there are any redeeming qualities to the Jonker Honda sales team...... update: NOTHING GOOD about Jonker Honda to write about. Very Sad Outfil!

I was overcharged for work I didn’t want. I wanted an oil change to my car and they performed a standard service. It was over $400 and mainly consisted of inspecting my vehicle. My car is 2 years old with 30,000 kms on it. While I technically was given the service I paid for, I feel that what got I was way overcharged. They should be providing an inspection on my car included with the oil change like other places do. I purchased the car from Jonker and have had all of my oil changes done there. This recent experience has concluded any future business I will be doing with them.

Not a good experience. I asked for a check why the Auto Engine Idle not working on my 2018 Odyssey, while after a while, I was told everything works well and there is no problem. So I have to drive it back with nothing fixed. The problem is still standing there. Just a waste of time.
