Best dealership. I am from winnipeg and i was littile worried to go 1400 kms and trade in my old truck for new Ram 1500 TRX. And boy i was wrong they made me feel like i am the owner of dealership. I was unable to find Ram 1500 TRX in manitoba, ontraio i called every dealership. These guy had in stock .I Was out of dealership in 2-3 hrs with my new TRUCK. Please go there and talk to STEVE LAM . He will go out of the way to help you. MATHIEU DUFOUR business manage he will get you approved no matter what the situation is.From now on this is my dealership.

Had an amazing day at St Albert Dodge! Drove all the way from Provost and drove away with our 2018 Longhorn, our dream vehicle! Hubert was amazing to deal with and not super pushy, and was straight forward with us! Would definitely make the drive again to deal with him again!

I had the best experience at St Albert Dodge. This being my second car and having a terrible experience with the first! I was skeptical of going threw the whole process again. Chad was absolutely amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable and genuin. He went above and beyond to make sure I got something that suited my family. I needed a vehicle asap and we left the same day with our new dodge grand caravan. I would recommend Chad to anyone I know and will definitely be going back to St Albert dodge for any future vehicle needs.

3rd update for my review. After a less pleasant experience with after service, I will say that Adam and the service team has called us directly to apologize and made things right with us. In the end, customer service is key and this is the first time I have ever had a company take full responsibility to ensure they keep their customers happy. Do yourself a favor and ensure you work with Adam and his team! It's nice to know that some people do truly care about their customers! Much appreciated. We are leaving this 5 star review for Adam Fayad! He has gone above and beyond for us to get us into a new vehicle for a great price and on top of that he has provided us with top notch service. We can’t say thank-you enough to him and we will be sure to come back when we are searching for our next vehicle. St. Albert Dodge is the place to go when looking for your next vehicle! The thing we appreciated the most was the openness and honesty about what they could and couldn’t do to help us! Cheers!

I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 From St. Albert Dodge. Alan Wack introduced me to Chad Davis who did a great job determining my needs and helping me find this truck. I found Chad very sincere and energetic and I will send people to Chad and your dealership. We had a couple of hiccups but they were worked out fast and professionally.
