I went to St. Albert Dodge with quite a hard ask but I’ve heard a lot of things about them and I figured that they would be one of the dealerships that would be able to do it. I had a lot of negative equity on my vehicle so I went into it thinking that nothing would work out and if it did, I was expecting to get a Ram 1500 with maybe a touchscreen but not many features in it and it turned out they got me a fully loaded Ram 1500 sport which I didn’t even think was possible to get. Stephen Lam was very helpful and was always letting me know how the deal was turning out. I can definitely say that I’m finally 100% happy with my new truck and it will be the last trade for many years. They went above and beyond and I’m sure they got the short end of the stick when it comes to making money on the trade. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

St. Albert Dodge over all was pretty decent, I gotta say. Within the last 10 years I've bought 5 new Dodge products from Dodge dealers. And this one takes the cake. We got a decent amount on our trade in, the vehicle we bought we received a decent discount on, and when I pointed out my dissatisfaction with an item about the vehicle, they changed it. Right away. And I have to say, that JT, the sales manager made this most recent purchase experience the most laid back one yet. I was sure to inform him, that if I receive the same service and deal I got this time around again in the future, that I'll be back in a few years to buy a truck as well.
