Long review alert! (This is NOT AT ALL to bash Grand Cherokee’s as I ended up with a lemon, they are great vehicles I promise) I bought a 2019 Grand Cherokee (not from this location) but it’s given me trouble since the day I bought it. I ended up having my vehicle towed in on a Saturday after breaking down. They were closed for the day/weekend, but I received a call from Monica first thing Monday morning, just letting me know they had received the keys/vehicle and would be bringing it in to look at later that morning. Monica called me early Monday afternoon to tell me about all the problems that were going on, explained them easily and professionally. She said I wasn’t eligible for a rental through warranty, but she would fight to get me one anyway. I didn’t NEED one as I had another vehicle to drive, but the effort she put in to make me feel comfortable while my car was (once again) in for repairs, was OUTSTANDING. I previously had my vehicle in for issues with another Chrysler dealer, and they did not look for the root of the problem, they fixed what seemed like the problem instead of checking over the vehicle. St Albert Dodge took the time to check everything, even though it’s all covered by warranty. It ended up in the shop for just over a week, and Monica called me to let me know it was finished and I could get it whenever, even offering me a shuttle (not huge as I’m sure they do to everyone). Customer service here was amazing to say the least. I was cracking jokes to Monica about coming to pick it up, told her to keep it as long as she needs, because the longer they had it, the longer I DIDN’T. She laughed along with me making my ordeal much easier on my end. It had turned out that wiring had melted onto other components and the Jeep was a fire hazard (among a few other issues). I did not intend on buying Chrysler’s $50,000 bbq, but it’s what I ended up with. I am impressed with the service I received and will highly recommend anyone to them, and Monica. I did however notice some scratches on my hood, in which I will be calling them to discuss, but the service and efficiency I received makes it impossible to be upset. Hands down the most trustworthy car dealership service department!

Amazing service. We went in with a budget and they stuck to it and did more for us. I couldn’t thank Terry and Jay enough for the service they provided! I highly recommend anyone to see Terry!

The go to place when you need a vehicle!! We weren't actively looking at a new vehicle but came across a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, and Steve was able to make it a win-win situation.. Thanks again man!!
