Outstanding Experience

We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass 80th Anniversary Edition. Our experience at St. Albert Dodge was outstanding. Mike Mercer was our initial point of contact., and right from the start, I new he was going to be great to deal with. No Pressure kind of guy, he gave us the space to checkout different vehicles & when we were ready to test drive a number vehicles to ensure the right fit for us he was happy to oblige. Then we met Curtis (Sales Manager) and Rob (Finance), wow, what a great bunch of guys who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are thinking of buying a new Dodge product, this is the place for you!! We have bought many vehicles over the years and for the first time, this was the most fun we have ever had buying a vehicle. We will definitely be going back when we are ready to replace my husbands vehicle and requesting Mike Mercer to help us.

I just bought my jeep from Shane Osepchuk at St. Albert dodge. Iam very happy with the customer service I received. He worked tirelessly and hard to make sure everything was the way I wanted and needed it to be. and I want to thanks General Manager for hard work to get Customer every thing they want to choose. In all honesty, my experience at St. Albert Dodge was excellent. More so, because I probably wasn’t the easiest customer. After owning a Grand Cherokee (awesome vehicle) for two weeks, I decided I missed driving a truck. Sales rep, Chad Davis, went seriously out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this dealership, for whatever it is you’re looking for.
