All the staff were very polite and helpful. The person did a walk around (sorry I don't know their name) and noticed I had some damage to the left front bumper so said they didn't want to put it through the car wash. Unfortunately I had hit a raccoon four days before and hadn't noticed this. I have all my body work done at Nurse so she arranged for them to take a look and give me an estimate. I told her I was very grateful that she noticed this.

The tech I had explained everything to me over the phone and was honest about the things I needed to do right away and what could wait until my next visit. I appreciate her integrity. Also, my car was cleaned inside and washed outside. Really great service. Free oil changes too. Nurse has it all.

Oil change and filter changes done quickly and professionally. I thought there was another issue but solved it before taking it in. They were very helpful in reassuring me. Always the friendliest staff.

The service provided by Mary Nurse dealership is excellent as I have been going there for the last 3 years with my Terrain. They do not take 3+ hours for oil change. We have to pay anywhere for service however it is the level of service that we get makes the difference. The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and does follow up on the services performed to make sure that things are done correctly.
