Came in for an oil change and used the express lane. Oil change was excellent. However, my floor mats were washed and they dried with wide streaks on them. I did not do anything about it as I was coming back for a detailing of my SRX and assumed they would fix it then.

They took my car at the specified time and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and serviced or repaired only what I had asked them to do.

Kevin takes the time to explain everything that was wrong and he always make good recommendations. He is very prompt and we feel lost when Kevin is not around.

We went for Warranty Service, the engine code got erased. However soon after returning the code reappeared. Nurse provided us with the retal.

I was accommodated quickly, from the time I called for an appointment to driving into the actual service bay. I was met with a cheerful voice on the telephone and a warm welcoming smile by all who helped me with my tire issue. I always receive excellent care when I come to Nurse Motors, that is why I come back for anything to do with my vehicle. .

The staff are friendly and curtious, they made me feel appreciated. They are knowledgable and helpful. My only issue was that I was told it would not take long but I waited until after 2. I made an early appointment so I would have my car to run errands.
