Had my 2008 Honda Civic in for a major warranty repair. Mileage was 235000 km. They diagnosed that the engine block was cracked. Honda Canada repaired it under the extended warranty for that car for that year. Jonker Honda was fair and had the initial pricing waved to do the diagnosis. I have dealt with this company for a number of years and I find them over all fair in your dealings and their pricing in the middle of the Honda pack. I deal with with Jill who's one of the advisors and have found her to be very pleasant and efficient in her dealings with me

Great service, the shuttle makes for very convenient service. Staff is friendly and helpful overall. Part of the work done included oiling the channels of the driver-side window and there was a lot of oil drips and oily residue over the driver door interior which I didn’t appreciate. Otherwise flawless service.
