We started working with Steve to upgrade to a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Steve answered all my emails and questions quickly regarding finding our new jeep. I scoured the internet looking for the right one for us and when I found it, Steve went the extra mile to get the one I found. His outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction is amazing. I also want to pass on our thanks to a few other members of the Jim Thompson Chrysler Team as well, Tony Likhare in finance, he took the time to explain the financing and kept me updated on the status of our new jeep and its arrival. Ryan Martin sales / finance manager who also was instrumental in getting our jeep from another dealership. We are so happy that we got to work with an outstanding team. If you are looking for an outstanding sales experience, I highly recommend Steve Hayes and we will be back in the future when we are looking for our next vehicle. Thanks again Steve for all your hard work and after sales follow up to ensure we are happy with our purchase.

I asked for a preowned car that was well priced (1-2k below market), they told me it was available, so I went there immediately. Upon arriving they told me that the car just sold but they have more cars to offer, which were not good deals. The car they sold is still available in their website 1 week later. Big waste of time.

I've been dealing with Shaun and the team at Thompson for at least 10 years and multiple trucks now. I really have nothing but good things to say whether it be the buying process or coming in for service. I've always been treated like a VIP when walking through the door and for that I send everyone I can their way. Keep it up guys!

Jim Thompson Chrysler in Kingston is not the place to get the best service or pricing on used inventory. They don't have the cars on their lot that are on the website, they are all brought in from other places, mainly Carloft I suspect. Bought a 2021 Sonata on March 21/24 for $23,485.00. On March 22/24, I looked at the website and saw the same make and year for $1,000.00 less, with less kms on it. I emailed Riley, the salesperson about it, his answer was I quote "I'm sorry this has happened, sometimes it can mean aged inventory, sometimes it can mean a Carfax claim of some sort." Aged inventory.. dah.. the car was exactly the same year and specs!! Then on Saturday, I saw that 3/4 of their inventory, they were giving $1,000.00 off & more on their cars, calling it a Thompson Discount. Thinking they would give some sort of customer satisfaction I called them up about it, they basically claim it is what it is, that they have no control over pricing sales. I'm sure they could of if this was a reliable business that stands by a Customer Satisfaction policy, ONE DAY difference could of saved me a $1,000.00. I've never known a car dealership that didn't know within a day that there would be more cars coming in at a better, lower prices. Save yourself the drive, shop else for better pricing,honest satisfaction & business tactics!! Read the Reviews! Buyer Beware!!

Just purchased from here and it was an absolute great experience. Chris in sales was not pressuring at all and Tony in finance was awesome to deal with as well. They both seemed very concerned that the customer leaves the dealership happy. I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re thinking of a new vehicle.
