They did a hard credit check with no permission at all, which is illegal, knocking my credit score down 30 points. I was only emailing Jermey talking about trading in my vehicle, I sent him no other information other than my vehicles VIN. He must’ve taken it upon himself to pull whatever Info a VIN shows to do a credit check without my knowledge. Will never return to this dealer, and will NEVER recommend anyone to shop for a vehicle there.

Don't waste your time with other dealerships, save your time and go here. Nick was able to get us great value on our trade, plus helped us find a new fully loaded truck we were looking for. When it came time to sort out the finances, Tony went above and beyond to make the numbers work for us. From the first call to picking up our new truck, this team made the difference and quickly became our favourite dealer. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had my new car in 3 times in less than a year for engine problems. Wasn't covered under warranty until the final time. They accused me of trying to fix whatever is was by myself, then gaslit me after. Insane... yeah I'm gunna try to cut my own hair and fill my own cavities too. The shop is a nightmare, stay away.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris in Sales, and Tony in Finance. We took a drive to Kingston on a whim that the vehicle I was looking at online was still on the lot, but it had sold the day before. When I sat down with Chris I was just expecting to start the process, and then wait patiently for a phone call that he had found my next vehicle. Not once did I think I would be walking away with A spectacular deal not only on my trade in, but also on my new to me vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica S, which, by the way, never in a million years thought I would ever own, let alone drive, a van. But let me tell you, once I sat in, drove and looked it over top to bottom, I knew it was the absolute perfect fit for my family.
