So far we give Empire Auto 5 Stars. Sam has been super great to work with, he does his best to give the best deals, he's highly experienced and knows what he is doing. Hes very accommodating, easy to talk to and Interpersonal. He goes beyond car sales, and it calls for a great experience. Hes helpful, and truly cares and we look forward to dealing with Sam for the remainder of our term. Thanks again Empire.

Great until you need something fixed! I got a suv last year, asked about a rust part bring fixed they yes for sure, well when I went to get it, not fixed, bring it back there was bo time before it getting picked up. Ok sure. I call ok well will call you back well I have to work for a living like everyone else time gets away well I guy called and asked me how my car was I got from them I explain everything that needs fixing ok i will have someone call you and see what we can do. Ok. Well no one calls. I got to get an oil change I ask why is my car so loud well its the muffler, coming apart so I call the service center let's see if the warranty will cover this, this suv has been making the sound since day 1 well no of course it doesn't cover it, $3,000 for a warranty that is unless they don't stick to thier word, I wouldn't go here unless you know what you are looking at I'm a single mother with 3 kids, now I got this suv that my payment is 306 biweekly, plus the gas, and insurance totaling around 1,300 a month for this car, now it's falling apart.
