Let me start by saying there is nothing I hate more than car shopping. I've never had a good experience...until this weekend. I was in the market for my first brand new car and I was set on the Honda Civic Sport. We had gotten a quote from Surrey Honda on the phone prior to going to Jonker but since we live closer to Jonker we checked the car out there. We were promptly greeted by our very friendly salesperson, Thomas Chang. He grabbed us a civic to test drive and educated us on all the features. I was instantly sold on the car! They also had the exact model I wanted on the lot to check out. When it came time to discussing pricing, Thomas helped me stay within my budget. At no time did he make me feel pressured or uncomfortable with this purchase. He made the deal happen though! From beginning to end of the transaction, the staff at Jonker were amazing and made buying a new car fun and exciting! Thomas was an EXCELLENT salesperson and was awesome to work with. The finance team (Heather, Alishia, and Catherine) was fantastic too! They were patient with us and answered all our questions. The money spending part isn't fun but they all made this experience smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again when looking for a new car.

I took my new car for its first service at Jonker Honda. The service is general was excellent, the price of the service is higher that I used to pay for my American car but it was Ok. The car was washed and it's appreciated, my only complain is that somebody at the dealear connected and paired his/ner cellphone, played music and left the connectors covers opened. I didn't like the idea of somebody else use the gadgets in my car and leave his/her information in the car...thanks

Bought a brand new car "out of the box" in 2017. Was called for a service when my vehicle's service minder said I have 85% oil life left. Declined the same. Now, every-time I go in, I'm told to get an A1 or B1 service or else forfeit my warrantee, even though I bring the vehicle in with no service minders, just for routine oil changes. My vehicle has 30,387km on it. Called Honda Canada to ask if I need to service this often - NO, trust your vehicle's service minder. Asked Honda Canada if it is true that my vehicle's service minder is no longer calibrated because I declined that initial service right after I bought my vehicle - NO, trust your vehicle's service minder. Asked Honda Canada if I will forfeit my warranty if I decline the service the dealership is telling me I have to do even though my vehicle service minder does not call for it - NO. So, buyer be ware, this dealership WILL try to coerce you into services you do not need!

After the test drive we were pretty set on buying the car but when it came to the buying process we ask him if he could give deal he refused. Instantly his demeanor changed he got very salty and rude. That's when we decided it was time to walk. On our way out we heard them say we were a waste of time. The following day someone used my information to sign up for SiriusXM for the same car I was looking at at the dealership. They used my real name, home address and the email I gave this dealership. I spent an hour on the phone canceling the account. Very pretty and salty for a dealship to do. Glad I walked

Sort by lowest rating and you'll see the true colors of this place. They are extremely rude and I overheard multiple salesmen calling a legitimate customer a "waste of time" DISGUSTING you are meant to he helping people make a big choice in their life. A CAR ! they are the ones making a risk being there you have no right to be rude and short with them. any other Honda dealership will treat you better
