My sales guy was great. Met with his boss and he was very good as well. No b/s, and got a deal done quickly. I still believe that my old car was damaged when it was test driven by the dealer, it is the only logical explanation. Also, when I sent to pick up the van, I had to wait another day bc a mechanic had blocked it in. Again, my sales rep was great as he personally dropped it off at my house, which made it convenient with a new born at home.

The sales person we worked with was very good, we were surprised by the financial person who was selling us the warranty who stated that we needed synthetic oil changes in our vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) but when we called the service department they said that synthetic was not necessary. Pushy with bad information. When we picked up the car it was pretty well on empty of fuel in the tank so the sales person had to go and get gas. And a small thing but the cap for the air nozzle for one tire is missing. Kevin

My wife and were pretty close to making a decision. Ventura was helping us out and he did an outstanding job. He knew his stuff. He also knew we were not quite 100% yet, and was patient as we further discussed next steps. Then, a 'sales manager' showed up (ok I won't say his name) and within 3 minutes wife and I were in our car and out of there, never to go back. This guy was rude, seemed to prefer to argue rather than to have a discussion. Man, if this guy was suppose to be the closer, not good. Feel bad for the sales guy though, he deserved better support than that...

It was our first brand new vehicle, we ever bought!! It was a frustrating and long process but got it done. Once we got our vehicle, a piece of the steering wheel was missing. At 200km in the seat belt on the driver's side wasn't clicking in, further down the km, we had to change the wiper on the driver's side twice, the trim on the driver's side seat was broken and the sliding door on the passenger side wasn't locking.. The big one, 16,000km our 4 tires were completely bold!! NOT ONCE in their recommendations or verbally, they have mentioned or suggested a wheel alignment was needed. We also addressed our concerned twice but was done and we got dismissed!! We have always been on time for oil changes, tire rotations and anything else that must be kept to keep the warranty alive! It's now at 28,000km.. We always seem to be in the garage and it's a little under 1 year old, we were one of the first ones last September to own a 2016. We had to have 2 rentals in the process and LOTS of hours of waiting!! We have been accused of being aggressive drivers, carry heavy loads and such, when we are careful and alert drivers with 3 children. We don't use the vehicle for any type of work!! We are truly not happy with our new vehicle from Dilawri Hunt Club! It has been but a negative experience. We had a used 12 year old car that had way less problems and not from Dilawri. Never again!! We got all the information, pictures and such to back up this review!!

Bought a 2015 caravan a year ago and within the first 4 months I was driving on the Queensway when a chunk of panel behind the passenger side back wheel flew off for no apparent reason! I just went in to see if they will replace the bumper and they told me something had to of happen to the van! I've never been hit and up till yesterday had no scratches on my vehicle! Never ever will I buy a dodge again!!!! Extremely disappointed!

I bought a new truck and from the start of the process to the finish it was quick and easy. All the staff that I had to deal with were all professional. I would defiantly buy another vehicle from Dilawri.
