I walked in and was greeted by a very warmth wellcome .very experienced people who knew what i was looking for and they were able to give me exactly what i was looking for and more . i actually walked in just to browse but ended up buying a new car with in an hour . I'm very satisfied with everything and thanks to the sales person i dealt with .He made it so easy for me by answering all my questions regarding the car i was buying .very helpfull.

I received the car in poor condition. It had stains all over the place from the ceiling to the seats and the dash. When I decided to take the car it was raining out and when I went to pick it up I noticed quite a bit of damage in the paint. From bubbles to bad nicks, dings and scratches. While the salesman I dealt with was very friendly and attempted to be helpful, when he went to get a manager and show him my issues, the manager looked at him and stated, "it's used right? " He then offered nothing in the way of a solution. So when I told him that for the price I was about to pay for this car I didn't think it was worth going ahead he literally said, "A deals a deal". When I chose to debate this with him, he simply walked away from me leaving me standing by the car alone. Never in my life would I think this was how Dilawri operated and was floored with disappointment from the moment I went to get the car. The salesman offered to have it recleaned but I declined after receiving such a poor deal and poor treatment from management. I cleaned it myself. I have learned from this experience and will personally let everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle to steer very clear of that dealership. Also I will never again myself be a customer and will happily purchase my future vehicles elsewhere. Thank you for your time.

Just went to look at trucks but had not decided to purchase one yet. After speaking to Dan Feldman I was more confident in purchasing a new Ram 1500. He found one that perfectly suited my needs and had all the options I wanted. After some negotiating I was able to get a good deal with the "extras" I wanted. Also, Don Turner made the paperwork quick and efficient and explained everything clearly. All in all it was a great experience. Thank You

Dilawri has good employees those could give good deals plus good service. A customer will feel comfortable because no one can deal like Dilawri.

Good experience over all but I was told my car would be available within two weeks and I had to wait TWO MONTHS!!!!

I loved being able to go online, choose the vehicle I was interested in, fill out the credit app and received a call to schedule a test drive. It saves the pressure of going directly to the dealer and being pressured into something that I didn't want! I would recommend online shopping for anyone and the staff was extremely helpful!!

Our sales person was great, always trying to smooth out the rough spots in the deal. The only real issue I had was not getting all the parts upfront for the softop on my Jeep. While irksome that I had to wait, I eventually got over it. When I picked it up someone suggest that I should double check everything to which I responded, you should help me load our testing platform for SAP .... he was not sure where to start ...... I laughed and said same with making sure all the parts are there, I would not know where to start .... you guys are the experts.

Last week we came in for our"free oil" change and we asked right away for a tire rotation which of course isn't free,. My husband and I drive on the highway this past weekend and the steering wheel is shaking like crazy. We got a recall in regards to the steering wheel fluid hose, we saw something leaking so we wonder if it is from that. Now my husband called on Saturday , left a message and got a call back and he told the person about the steering wheel shaking and he said that it needs to be balanced out and now we have to pay extra for something that needs to be done automatically AFTER a TIRE ROTATION. I've asked several mechanics and people that deal with cars if it's normal, and it should be done automatically. The car was bought in 2014, 2 years old.. has 30.000 clicks on it now.Bought brand new from the lot with no oil in it, we smelled something burning and found out NO OIL, but yet they have checked. Before you leave the lot or do any changes do your research, ask questions, lots of questions. It's for your own safety, these businesses only care about the money and quotas but not the safety of the owners..I even asked the service manager why not put CCTV SCREEN for us (the customer) to see what's going with our car and if proper service is being done, he got so annoyed with me and "tried "to be friendly , but I know we struck a cord. Be very diligent and aware.
