Today Monday May 13 2024, Our car has battery ( original) problems, well after 7 years and 40000+ clicks. We called and lucky enough they were able to see us, brought the car in and asked for the quote, the lady came back and give us the quote and we said ok . Came home with uber, car would be ready within an hour, came back and the bill at the end is over the quote that was given with NO SPECIFIC reason as what was discussed, much higher, and on Thursday we have to go back to change the tires, wonder what other SCAM and LIE they are going to tell us. NOT IMPRESSED. Being LOYAL AND TRUSTING DOESN'T MEAN SCAM THE CUSTOMER. Last week we came in for our"free oil" change and we asked right away for a tire rotation which of course isn't free,. My husband and I drive on the highway this past weekend and the steering wheel is shaking like crazy. We got a recall in regards to the steering wheel fluid hose, we saw something leaking so we wonder if it is from that. Now my husband called on Saturday , left a message and got a call back and he told the person about the steering wheel shaking and he said that it needs to be balanced out and now we have to pay extra for something that needs to be done automatically AFTER a TIRE ROTATION. I've asked several mechanics and people that deal with cars if it's normal, and it should be done automatically. The car was bought in 2014, 2 years old.. has 30.000 clicks on it now.Bought brand new from the lot with no oil in it, we smelled something burning and found out NO OIL, but yet they have checked. Before you leave the lot or do any changes do your research, ask questions, lots of questions. It's for your own safety, these businesses only care about the money and quotas but not the safety of the owners..I even asked the service manager why not put CCTV SCREEN for us (the customer) to see what's going with our car and if proper service is being done, he got so annoyed with me and "tried "to be friendly , but I know we struck a cord. Be very diligent and aware.

In December we purchased an extra key for our Durango at Dilawri Dodge on Hunt Club. It was a big expense for us but it was needed. Unfortunately they were not able to program the key, but because they cut it before they tested it, they made my husband pay for it. $175 for a non working key. They told him there was something wrong with the module in the vehicle and we should bring it to the mechanic. So basically the fact that the key didn't work was an issue with our car. We did not have the money to have this module replaced so that key sat at home for months. When we finally went to the mechanic for something else, he told us there was nothing wrong with the module in vehicle as our other keys worked. He referred us to a "key" guy, but it would cost around $100, again we did not have the money so we left it. In the last few weeks we've had conversations with more people who are in awe that they first off sold us the useless key and they all told us there was nothing wrong with the car. Last week my husband went to a recommended locksmith who turned key over and told us there was no way this key would ever work with our car because it was the wrong one. To show us this he took the correct key and in minutes programmed it to our car. We are now trying to go back to Dilawri for a refund but they are ignoring us. The service department is not helpful and they keep telling us we need to talk to the manager Barry who is either never working or won't take our calls.

I bought a 2013 Rubicon. I have to say that the Sales and Finance departments are awesome. They had to order the Jeep directly from the manufacturer, to get exactly what I wanted and I received it about 2 months later. The bad experiences started when I had to visit the service department. My freedom hard top was leaking when it rained or had rained...and I don't mean minor leaks, water was gushing in over the rear view mirror, the driver and passenger front windows and around the top center. It took the service department 4 times to repair this issue and guess what it still leaks from the rear view mirror area and center roof area. I have all documents and they basically replaced the same exact seals ALL 4 times, with multiple other times the Jeep went in and they couldn't even find the leak. I would get my Jeep back and guess what...the leak was still pretty obvious. I also had a squeaking noise coming from the engine area. Two of the last times I took my Jeep in to have the seals changed for the leak, I mentioned the squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Brought the Jeep in twice and both times they told me they heard absolutely nothing. Went in for my "free" oil change on Saturday, 28 May 2016 and they mentioned I needed to do an inspection. After my oil change and inspection are complete, they give me the inspection sheet and the guy says "All is good". So I say "They didn't hear a squeaking sound under the hood" I get a dry "No" and to contact the service manager during a weekday. I knew I was going to have it checked on the 30th, but thought this was interesting. So going back to Thursday, 26 May 2016 I brought my Jeep to another dealership to have them listen to the sound and book an appointment to bring it in. At this point I was tired of hearing it and afraid of the damage this ongoing issue may cause. The other dealership Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge on St. Laurent, heard the noise immediately and booked me in for the following Monday. Guess what...my water pump needed to be replaced, so they replaced it. On top of that they offer better shuttle service and they washed the outside of my Jeep. Can't get better customer service than that.

A most excellent experience with the sales staff, specifically Marc! Love the new jeep, and the customer service experience at Dilawri!
