After Sales Care

I have an extremely poor view of this dealership after my sale was complete. I called with an issue regarding having winter tires on rims. I was told after the sale that the "winter deal" doesn't include rims with the model of van I purchased. I was not told that at the time of the sale. My sales person said he would talk to the GM and never returned my call. I recently was in a collision and this dealership did NOT submit my bill of sale or finance information to my insurance brokers. My broker has informed me that they requested this information from the dealership twice and are still waiting for a response. I was also told that the trade in amount for the vehicle I currently had was going to be $500 but on the finance paperwork it shows the trade in value was marked at $300. I feel that I was not given full disclosure of all information while going through the buying process and was not taken care of when I had an issue after the sale. I will be calling the GM to discuss this situation and am extremely mad about my insurance information not being properly dealt with.

Slow service

Each time we go for scheduled maintenance we wait and wait and wait. With two kids in tow, you would think the staff would speed up the service, but no. Hate the service. Hate the thought of going back.

Downgraded my 2014 Acura RDX to a new 2015 dodge.... Big mistake! I bought a 2015 Journey R/T AWD and it has been nothing but trouble since day 1. The car now has 3000km on it and it had to be towed from my driveway this morning since the engine would not start. To clarify, the battery was not drained/dead. The other issue I have is when driving the car, it all of a sudden loses power and has to be turned on and off to proceed. This is a very dangerous situation to be in. As for the salesman that sold me the car, he lied to us. He looked like a a nice guy but was full of lies. He claimed the car was fuel efficient and better then any suv on the road since they sell thousands of them... It currently does 20.5L/100km compared to my 272hp Acura which only did 8.8! What a mistake. I complained to the manager about the issues and I am yet to hear back. Never ever going to buy a dodge again or from this specific dodge dealer again in my life. If you really like dodge stay away from this dealership and the garbage they have on the lot. Edit: I got the problem fixed at Orleans Dodge. Turns out Dilwari wired the rust module wrong, short circuited the cars computer and caused the battery to drain every night. Pathetic excuse for mechanics at dilwari. The manager there is yet to call me back as well.

My service provided was a repair of a paint chip on my new jeep wrangler. I would like to say Jessica from warranty went above and beyond for me, her customer service is untouchable . Her knowledge and her pride for her work showed in confidence through every step of the way. My experience with Dilawari so far has been exactly what I hoped for and how I would conduct business if the roles were reversed. I have much pride in my chose of vehicle and where I chose to buy it. Thank you team Dilawari. I believe Jeep deserves a high level of respect and your team continues that.

Pretty good

When it came to buying my first dealer vehicle it was a okay experience, the staff were very friendly as that is their job and the whole process went very smoothly but I do have a few complaints first being that the some of the information on the vehicles on the web site is inaccurate eg. my trucks 7.4l per 100km was way off and the fact that my truck was listed as a V8(not the V6 I was looking for). Secondly staff were somewhat knowledgeable about the details for my vehicle but I did end up having to do my own VIN search to get all the details I wanted. Thirdly I agreed on 0$ down but they required 500$ as a commitment fee (which you do get back a week later minus the cost of the licencing) and then we LOCKED in a bi-weekly payment at which point I go to another room and I am being offered additional warranties and insurances to tack onto my already tight budget ( I took the oil change package but in the end it felt more like a trap than a luxury). finally a few months after owning my truck the rear end went on it at 45000k and when I got it to Dilawri for warranty repairs they were unable to get me a rental and refused to lend me a demo despite promising me when I first bought the truck that if I required a rental they would do whatever it took to get me a temporary vehicle and after a angry call from my father and me getting upset and requesting to talk to a manager they were finally able to acquire a rental the next day. So in short I would consider buying from them again but just make sure you do your research and read the fine print and make sure you are well below your comfort price before they offer you all the bells and whistles.
