We traded our 2013 200 for our new Jeep being told that they would be lucky to get at least $15000 for it but you listed it for 18 and probably got at least 17 because it was in such great shape so we feel taken in

I first visited Capital Dodge, but left because of poor experience with the dealers and will not go back (pushy, aggressive, and challenging). At Dilawri, working with Marc was a much more positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him / Dilawri.

Maurice was friendly, understanding and down to earth - a no BS salesman

Maurice understood exactly what we wanted in terms of the car type and price, he made the effort with my family and was friendly with his services. I am not a fan of the salesman approach, pretending to know what I want and pretending to know me as a person....Maurice did none of that and focused on what I wanted. Thank you

Complacent and unresponsive

Very difficult to deal with dealership after agreement was signed. Attitude was complacent and unhelpful. Sales manager was rude and arrogant Would not do business here again Head office did not reply to complaint letter

When we arrived we were introduced to Wasfi who took the time to help us find the truck we were looking for. Wasfi is very professional and takes the time to walk you through the whole process of buying a new truck. He is one of the few that actually takes an interest in you specific needs and budget. I would highly recommend dealing with Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Truly a company that cares for there clients needs.
