Worst Dealership Ever

Sales Representative - Did not take me as an a serious buyer, he laughed at my offer and said "I can't go ask them this" Took him 2 months to get me the floormats we agreed on. AND on top of that, he put my plates on the wrong car, and then put them on my car without the plastic bushing. Which he then spent 25 minutes taking off the plate, putting the bushing on. Meanwhile i had to sit around with my son while this guy couldn't even put a plate on a car. Sales Manager - Was rude and unkind. He showed me all of his non-sense numbers that they would be loosing money if they sold me the car at this price. Financer - Just an unhappy, rude old man. Wouldn't quit with trying to get me to sign up for extra warranty. The night we signed the papers he wasn't there, so another banker did. The forms sat on his desk for 6 days until I finally called to ask whats going on. So took longer than ended to finally get my car. (Could be at the fault of the dealership as well) Dealership - Gave me different tires than what we had agreed upon, which then took them about 30 minutes to resolve. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ON HOW BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS.

My experience showed me that they can be completely unprofessional and rude. Cancelled my appointment before even hanging up the phone. Little tip - if you want new business, I suggest you do not allow your lead hand in the service department to speak to clients. What a pr#@k.

Warranty is taking for ever

I have been Dilawri a customer for years, and this is the first time I am not getting the level of service I was expecting. I brought my car for a rust inspection. After more than 30 days I called and they said the pictures were lost. I went for a second time to retake the pictures. It has been about 3 weeks and I have no response from Dilawari. It was promised to me that my case would be address within few days after the 2nd time I went to take the pictures.

A Merry Christmas to Dan and Adam and the Sales manager at Delawri - We love our Jeep Cherokee Limited and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent deal we got from your dealership. Top Notch service. Everybody should go buy a car from Delawri - today ! These guys know their trade and will accommodate you - leaving you as a satisfied customer. Great trade in - great service and all in all just a fabulous Jeep experience.

Our experience with Maurice was very positive. He sports a gorgeous smile, is soft spoken, patient, and has a good personality. We found the staff at Dilawris friendly and approachable. We recently came back for a few adjustments on our new vehicle. Again, it was a positive experience.
