The sales experience was fine, after the sale closed I was dissappointed in the amount of infomation about the vehicle provided to me.

My salesman, Dan Feldman was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my vehicle ready for me as soon as possible. My problem with your service began when I arrived to pick up my van. I have bought many used cars in my life and know that a safety check and emissions test are required to transfer ownerships. When I asked for a copy of the safety check, I was told there was no copy, same with the emissions test, I was told I could get the copy online. When I asked if there was a work order for any work done to the van in order to pass the safety I was told no. I asked if there was any mechanical work done to the van to get it ready, nobody knew anything. It was very disappointing to leave your dealership not knowing anything about the mechanical fitness of my van, especially when I was taking it to Florida 2 days later. So I don't think I will be recommending your dealership to anyone I know because your after sales service is terrible.

The sales person and financing manager answered all of our questions and met our expected fair value trade-in making the decision to purchase at Dilawri Hunt Club one that I would recommend to friends and family.

-Within a few months of buying our gently used vehicle it has begun leaking oil -Once we had signed the papers to seal the deal and went to pick up the van we realized that although we had been told that the final price discussed had not included our trading in our snow tires, we were informed that that box was indeed ticked on our form and we owed you our snow tires. The manager then refused to speak with us regarding this issue. -Not being able to speak with management directly when coming up with the final price of the vehicle is unfair and makes you feel like you are being had, that the manager and sales representative are not our for your best interest or a fair price. -We were told a scuff on the front of the vehicle would be touched up prior to pick up and if it had been you couldn't tell.

Wasfi, is a salesman that I would send people to. He wasn't pushy, new I wanted to stay in a certain price range and tried his best to do it. Picked up the new car on a rainy night and wasn't able to really go over the car. Noticed a small scratch, called talked to him. Went down and he looked at it and buffed it out. Made me very happy. It had been a long time since I had purchased a new car. I wanted it just perfect and perfect it is.

I was just meeting with my boyfriend to pick up his new truck when I saw the cx-5. Spoke with Chris about the car and took it for a drive. Fell in love with the car. Chris got the price lowered to make it affordable for me. It has all the features I wanted! It took sometime to get the car ready but the car is worth the wait. I love my new car! I had a great experience and would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a car.
