Completing the sale took too long!

Sales person was Ok. Did not enjoy being sent to another person to complete the sale you started in the middle of trying to sale ex. warranty . This person almost made me walk away........It also took 3 hours in total to complete the deal.

Best Salesman Ever

He was polite, well spoken and had the vehicles I was interested in ready before I got there. I told him what I was looking to pay and he made sure I got what I wanted for the price I could afford. I will continue to go back to him, I love my car and I wouldn't change my experience for anything. :)

AS my family is set to grow, it was with a heavy heart I said goodbye to my baby 2014 Mazda 6 in trade for a Wonderful 2016 Dodge Caravan. Mike took the time, dodged my mild depression and put me in a new ride as quickly as we needed to do it. There was no BS, no tempting offers that didn't make sense, they didn't insult me with the trade in discussions on my car. I actually look forward to my new experience as a first time DODGE owner.....thanks to Mike Thomas.

underwhelming

closing process was too standard even after I said I didn't want to discuss option (i.e. rust proofing, extended warranty, maintenance package). Also, documentation requirements and process was poorly communicated which created issues with delivery. I also, think the mileage on the vehicle was more than reported but I didn't catch it in time.

I dealt with Mike Thomas and he was great in getting me into my new 2015 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman! I love my truck and had a great buying experience. Only reason I didn't go five stars was the fact they didn't give me the plate off my trade-in and have seemed to have misplaced it. I have yet to get it back, but is probably just a mix-up. Thanks Dilawri!
