horrible experience they bait and switch and as soon as I get there they want to do a credit approval . sales person is just a greeter .first thing u find your self with the sales manager. and he is trying to close the deal with out even seeing the vehicle. ...

We did not have a choice we got trapped. You need someone who is very informative, knowledgeable and wont lie to customers.

I was enjoying my experience at Dilawri that is until I re read my already signed contract! What I shocker...we had agreed or so I thought that new winter tires (without rims) would be included in the transaction. This was agreed with a handshake from the National Chrysler rep who was on site the day I walked in and myself including a cash 500.00$ deposit to seal the deal! I never thought of carefully looking at the descriptions on the "yellow" copy prior to signing for I trusted this reputable dealer; NEVER again. A comment to this effect will be added to my Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts

Very customer savy. An experience that we will promote. Customer, customer, customer. Not a hint of a second agenda or false promotions. The concern and consideration placed on our "family" requirements changed our reluctance in a van. We love our van and would not have anything else.

The worst dealership ever

The sales managers were incredibly rude, a chubby short guy, he insulted us and yelled at us. What a crap customer service. They lied to me all the times, and tried to push me to buy a car in 5 mins. Never try this dealership again.

Dear Sir or Madame, thanks for your time and we do not accept offers $5000 below cost, you were offered a great deal and then subsequently accused us of being racist, which we are not to anyone, in fact our staff are considerably multicultural and we don't want business from customers like yourself.

DO NOT buy here. Bought a fully loaded diesel truck here years ago, and it was a nightmare. They lie about everything. The payment, the warranties, even what they "factory ordered" waited 2 months only to find out they got the truck off some lot in Toronto with out all the options you paid for. When I found out they lied about the payment..I called and the finance manager at the time said " If you can't afford it, bring it back" I wish I hadn't loved the truck so much, I would have. Even worse found out 3 yrs later the truck was supposed to be financed and found out they switched all the terms and changed it to a lease. READ that sales contract when you pick up!! They will change the rates, the warranties, the payment..everything to make money. You sign thinking all is good and you're happy to get that new vehicle...and meanwhile they are screwing you over. Beware!! I wish I had done something at the time. But I have kept all the emails back and forth from the sales manager at the time to support my claims. DONT buy here!!

My family had our Jeep Cherokee repaired and were looking to exchange our vehicle to a Dodge RAM. We were greeted immediately and received excellent service and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and provided advice on our potential purchase.
