The people here really make you feel welcome, they listen to your needs and wants and then fully blow those out of the water and exceed them! I will be buying all my future vehicles from Dilawri Chrysler Ottawa!

I tried to change my mind about the purchase but was told by the manager that I could not once my signature was on the paperwork, I promise I won't purchase a third vehicle from this dealership

Kind people, extremely slow service

The people at Dilawri were very kind and helpful. However, upon buying my jeep I was forced to bus across town multiple times and wait for about an hour each time. I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 4 and was not able to leave with until 6 because the engine light was on. I thought since I had signed the paper work about two weeks before that this would have been resolved by the time I picked it up. Very good deal on the vehicle, very nice people, organisation/customer service was poor.

Purchase of a 2015 Grand Caravan SXT

Two issues occurred during the subject purchase: 1. The vehicle prior to purchase had Dilawri advertising fully on both sides of the vehicle. In purchasing the vehicle we added the clear coat protection package. However, on receiving the van it was still had a lot of glue left on it from the unsatisfactory removal of the advertising. Dilawri did remove the glue but when asked how did they apply the protective coating over the glue - no reply to date. When asked which company applied the protective coating so I can verify the coating that was purchased was actually applied- no reply to date. Following email was sent: Hi Mike Hope all is well. Just washing the new van and notice both sides of the van have glue left over from the removal of the Delarwi sales signs that were on side of the van before purchase. How do I have this repaired? Second, the clear coat that was supposed to be put on the vehicle was placed over this glue. This will have to be redone post glue removal. Lastly, I am unable to locate the sticker on the driver side window that is placed on once the clear coat is added? So was it added? Look forward to resolving these issues Philip 613-614-3505 2. We also chose to add the unlimited oil change package to the purchase price. The financial officer, Adam and the sales manager, advertised that you can bring your vehicle in every 3 months for an oil change. However, after the purchase the Dilarwi service center, stated that was not true and the sales team is informing customers incorrectly, and they will only change the oil under this package minimum every 6 months or 6000km. With the exception of the two major unresolved issues above the sales personnel were excellent but feel and continue to tell all my friends and co-workers about the two unresolved issues above. Bad service from the start. First they never called us back with details of our trade in or how much were actually paying for the truck Also I felt very uncomfortable in the building. I understand it's more of a "male" dominant field to drive trucks , but I felt very unwelcome especially with my baby. It was like I was disturbing the other male salesman with my baby. They were too busy telling jokes to each other and giving high fives to actually give any service They only one who was actually good was a young guy named Chris. He helped us a lot
