Finally happy

On our first visit we basically went there for nothing, since we didn't discuss what we came in for and we felt pressured to purchase the 200 S when we really wanted the limited. We had phoned a couple of hours before coming in of what we wanted... We were ready to sign that day for the limited, but walked away feeling very pressured.. After discussing, we finally got what we wanted but had a very difficult time with follow-up: example when will we get the car? Not having any feedback, resulted being stressful! We were even asked if we cancel our transaction, when we only wanted answers. 5 months later, we are NOW receiving a follow-up/feedback questionnaire which should of been done within 7 days of picking up the car.. Better late than never! Benoit

We had a awesome experience with our sales man Mike Thomas. This man went above and beyond to make this experience of buying a Dodge Caravan very good. He even wash our car to ensure it was ready at the time he told us. The team was also excellent.

lots of lies re jeep and had to fight for 2 hours when it showed up with an option wrong. Bit great price. Bring a lawyer if shopping, lucky i am one
