poor service

Actually purchasing the jeep was fine. it was the fact that I had to bring the jeep back 4 times to get the rear panel fixed which was the problem. The car should have been perfect when I picked it up.

Oil and filter change, fluids checked etc. Desk Staff very courteous as usual. Respect shown to my vehicle by the driver who takes the car into the shop area. Staff does not spin the wheels of the vehicle as has happened in other dealerships. Also, the staff puts down a paper/plastic over the rug area of the drivers side to prevent dirt or grease from staining the carpet. Thank you.

Like I said you can get a good price but sales staff are confused and unhelpfull. Credit staff are more pushy than the sales staff and service department don't like to honour their guarantees pas the basic stuff.

The buying process seemed to take a bit longer than necessary, but all in all it was a good experience.

Considering the vehicle that I was considering for purchase had just arrived earlier that day, I was very pleased that the team was able to let me take the vehicle out for a test drive. I certainly wouldn't have been surprised if they had informed me that I needed to wait until it had been cleaned etc., so I was definitely very happy that that wasn't the case. The manager at the front desk was quick to get us a sales associate and Erik, said sales associate, was quick to retrieve the keys and able to get the test drive started in short order. We did find that once we had committed to a purchase, the process seemed to be a bit lengthy, longer than with any other previous vehicle purchases, but the staff was personable so it wasn't ultimately that big of a deal. In summary, we had a good experience dealing with Dilawri, and wouldn't hesitate to work with the dealership again.
