Purchase of a Caravan

The purchase negotiations for the new caravan were good. At the time of purchase, my winter tires were on the trade in car and I asked if they could put my all seasons on the car so that I could keep the winter tires for my new vehicle. This was agreed to. At the time of pickup I felt like I was being hurried through and not being listened to. It was difficult to get my winter tires back it took several days and tries. I felt customer service needs improvement.

They did the oil change and checked the van for any squeaks that we heard.

My appointment times were respected. I was shown cars that met my criteria with a good variety of choices in my budget range. I was walked through the trading in and buying process as well as financing. The follow up after sale was also a nice touch. I do find it funny that when i was buying there were no promos on like free ipad but after purchase all the promos came in to play.

We showed up late one evening, and sales agent had barely had time to eat his supper, but immediately put it aside and helped us. We had driven over an hour to come to this particular dealership, having already purchased an awesome Avenger a few years prior-time for an upgrade!! We test drove my beautiful Chrysler 300 and worked on a deal, couldn't have gone any smoother!

Vehicule was not satisfactory

Sales rep. was great and treated us well. But after purchasing the vehicle and finding some issues that needed resolving, it took a few attempts before reaching someone in the service department. And even after having our vehicle serviced, some issues were not resolved. We tried once again to reach a service employee and were unsuccessful. Our issues are still unresolved.
