It was a not on time.

I got a 2015 Dodge Ram we wanted to pick it up on Easter Monday but we got a call that Monday we can't pick it up because no one got the plats for it. We got told the people at the dealer ship that it would be open on Easter Monday. We were just not happy.

Let me tell you that the service we received from Dan and Adam was great. There was others involved but I have forgotten their names unfortunately. We were treated very respectfully and they kept us abreast of everything. All our questions were answered promptly. they try and put you in something you really don't want, tell you that they have the vehicle that you phoned about then when you get there "sorry it sold late yesterday" and since when they put us in the little office with the door closed and the heat up to get you for add-ons we didn't want any thing extra when we came to pick up our new 2014 Ram with only 30km (yes 30km) we where handed over to an old guy who just gave us the keys and said "you probably know more about the truck then I do, so if you have any question I'll try to answer it"

Very positive experience without the uncertainty one often feels immediately after closing a deal for a new vehicle.

Wasfi was very helpful and knowledgeable. While our experience still included the usual "let me check with our manager" routines, the overall experience was a positive one that left us feeling we'd made a fair deal.

Disappointing

At the beginning I felt that everything was wonderful and I was going to get all my needs adressed. But I asked for running boards for my truck and your company never worked a way in to me getting them even after I mentioned I had a medical condition . I am still having trouble getting into the truck. I was told by the manager that they would have a special surprise for me when I went to pick up my truck. Because it took almost 3 weeks to safety and plate. Well I picked up the truck and got nothing , well I guess that was a surprise . The radio mentioned gift certificates and getting 1000 . I printed it out and handed it in and they said I couldn't use it. No tv no iPod/iPad or laptop or special gifts . Well I can say I absoulty love my truck at least . But as for no body deals like Dilawri ! I beg to differ. My son went to Fred orr motors because he wanted a new truck after seeing my pretty new truck . I was happy at at least they filled the gas in full for him. They gave him winter tires. Insurance in case he lost his job and paid off his previous loan . I will rolled it up to experience and will remember for the next time . :)

Although I was told that I would never be dumped on the curb, all of my service experience at Hunt Club Jeep has been negative. Despite having brought in my car for servicing and repair, the windshield is still not fixed. If it wasn't for me tucking in the the plastic molding that runs along the A pillar, I would have lost it a long time ago on the side of the road.
