Wife tried o buy truck

The finance guy laughed in her face after Darren Brown general manager gave a written quote on the price of a dodge ram, and finance told her there is no way she is going to get that truck for that price quoted to her, he was rude and disrespectful to my wife,. I know nothing is going to come of this or even a phone call which is too bad I have known Shiv for a number of years and have known Darren Brown for at least 15 yrs and for my wife to be treated this way was wrong in so many ways. After all it takes 1 bad experience to tell 10 people and very few good ones for other people to know. I personally have dealt with your company on many occasions but my wife doesn't want to step foot in your doors again. I wish I could of said some nicer things about this company but when my wife leaves a business crying it doesn't give me the warm fuzzies that a place should. I bought a Chrylser 200 cash, and then my wife gets treated this way. How would you feel. If you would like you can call me at 613-323-4226 thank you

All aspects of the sale went extremely well. Sales staff were very helpful throughout the process and closing the deal went without stress. I am very pleased with the truck. No issues. I have been to service once, the experience was excellent. Things were done in a timely fashion. I am glad to be with Dilawri.

My experience was excellent

The sales person was excellent to deal with.. He answered all my questions. He worked hard to show me the truck I was interested in. It was covered with snow and he cleaned it off. He described the features of the truck when we were ready for the test drive.

It was not stressful!

I dealt with Graham from the time I enquired online in regards to a midnight madness sale as he was 1st to answer my inquiry. So I just showed up to check out jeep sale and met Graham. He answered all my questions as I was just through an accident loss of a jeep patriot. I left undecided and a week later went to see him again asking if I could still get sale price even though I didn't like the silve? He found my favorite color 'cherry red' was at compound and drove me to see it. From that point on he worked out everything! Very happy he was never pushy with me, listened to what I'd be happy with financially and in type of vehicle. I would recommend him again! As a previous dealership I walked out on due to salesperson too pushy with me!

There was a last minute mistake with my car and i had no time to look for an other one than what was offered. The car offered had a major amount of km more and the price remain the same, just a little more warranty was offered to me!

Dealing with Mike was a breeze. We needed a used van a.s.a.p. after our old Caravan was written off. Mike helped us find one within the week within our price range and with the options we needed. He is very easy going, no pressure and the paper work was done painlessly. Thanks Mike!

Very Poor follow up on customer concern

Darren sent me an email asking me: is there anything I can do to increase your satisfaction to which I replied yes I am missing 2 plastic cover on both the driver side front & back door. Adam Sylvester told me to go to the dealership to get them. I live 1 hour from there and very rarely do I need to go that route. I've asked 3 times by email if they could sent it to me by mail instead and I never got any response from neither one of them (still have those sent emails) Adam seems more interested in selling all kind of insurance and rustproofing rather than dealing with the important stuff for the client. Please with the vehicle and the price I paid for it but after sale customer service is very poor
