Great service, one little glitch: should have been told that oil changes now every 10,000 Ks or 6 months. Might have considered the value of prepaid oil change when I am thinking change every 5000 Ks. No matter packaged with antirust still a good value

Worst buy experience ever

After making a deal on a specific vehicle with specific options, the dealer could not deliver. Dilawri would not let me out of the deal. Instead they tried to force me to take I vehicle that I did not want. Because my deal included a trade and they where in possession of the ownership, Dilawry threatened to transfer my trade into there name, report that I had stolen the car, keep my $2500 deposit and send me to collection for the balance remaining on the truck. After 4 days of enduring their threats and insults, I contacted the sales managers supervisor. He apologized gave me a model year newer truck with a higher package level for the same price. Although we where able to resolve the problem, they took an experience that should be positive and turned my life into 4 days of he'll, insults and threats. When they say "nobody deals like Dilawry" they aren't kidding. I will never deal with Dilawry again.

Overpriced and missing equipment

Hi I called you guys about three hours ago with a simple question I'm still waiting for a reply that question is is that I bought a 2015 grand Caravan and had a trailer hitch put on it but you guys did not provide a sleeve and ball for the trailer hitch. I was charged $700 for the trailer hitch from you guys yet I could go to the trailer shop down the road from where I live and get the exact same hitch for $300 and they would supply me with the sleeve football at no extra cost. And I'm still waiting for a reply

The sales man was definitly great had no issues but the service dept is by far the worst ever i have had to get all my warrenty work done at celebrity chrysler cause dilawri wont do anything warrenty related terrible experience

Decent Experience

I had found a vehicle that we liked online, so we went in to look at it. We were shown a black Dodge Journey and we went for a test drive and loved it immediately. We went to purchase and were told that the one that we liked was sold and the one we test drove was $8,000 more expensive than the one we saw online. We did end up purchasing and we love the vehicle but that did leave a bit of a sour taste in our mouth. I also was very unhappy that we spend $37,000+ on a vehicle and don't even get a full tank of gas. We had less than 1/4 tank when we picked the new vehicle up.
