A co-worker had recommended Dilawri to me so I went to see for myself. From first meeting with Graham, who was very helpful and explained the pros and cons of buying new vs. used, to working with Paul to secure the financing, to taking delivery of the Grand Caravan, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was I had signed a paper saying there was an owner's manual in the car but there wasn't so I have been confused about the service schedule for the vehicle. I think I have it figured out but it would have been easier with the manual. The people at the service desk have been helpful in that respect, however, being old school, I have had 3 months or 5,000 kms pounded into my brain as the oil change schedule. Being told to wait for the oil light to come on didn't seem right to me even though it is.

Glad I came to Dilawri, my salesman was great and got me into the vehicle I wanted. He pulled out all the stops and made me comfortable with the purchase I was making. I will be back to buy another vehicle from Dilawri.
