The sales team was excellent. They really push to help you get the best deal. Even giving insight to what they believe the management team will approve. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of and wont simply walk by anyone standing alone in the showroom.

The service at Dilawri was great when purchasing my vehicle. The only down sides were as follows: -No owners manual, followed by getting an owners manual that was for the wrong vehicle year -When I went in for my initial oil change, I was told they wouldn't do it because I hadn't hit my 10,000km yet

If you want a good deal they will give you a good price but do not to receive customer service. My sales person had almost no knowledge of the vehicle and just wanted to know when I was going to submit an offer. Once I signed I tried to contact them about having windows tinted during the two week wait for delivery. No reply, no call back, nothing. On delivery the vehicle wasn't cleaned or even PDI'd. I live two hours away and had to wait until after 4 pm for delivery that was supposed to take place in the morning because they did nothing during the two weeks. Joe the manager offered two hats as compensation. I mention this because it comes back later. It was also 3 before Xmas and I was stranded at the dealership. One of managers offered me to use his car as I had errands while in the city. Really nice but it was out of gas and I had to put gas in it but at least he tried to help me out. Still at 4pm the truck has not been cleaned, matts thrown in, stains on the interior. Back it goes to remove the stain and after more waiting I finally just took the truck as is as I had to drive home. Worst delivery ever and nothing like being stranded at the dealer all day as I had to turn my rental in prior to the pick up due to insurance. Fill out surveys and get a call from Tony. The only competent guy in the place, who appolizes and offers to detail the truck and deliver it properly in the spring. I agree and when I call in the spring to arrange it Joe says you wrote a bad review and we don't like customers who complain especially after I gave you hats. Sorry Joe two ugly hats that I didn't want doesn't make up for lack of customer service. So shop there if you only care about price but do not expect to have a knowledgeable sales person, management that will make your buying experience pleasurable and if you fill out the dealer survey honestly you can expect to be yelled at and hung up on because they don't like customers that complain. Oh and don't accept the hats!

Dan Feldman is an awesome sales person, he took me out for a test drive and I automatically fell in love with the truck. He explained everything and made the purchase very easy and fun.

Purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan. Excellent deal and enjoyed the honest experience from the sales team. Brought the vehicle in for the first oil change and job completed in 20 Min. Excellent guys in maintenance and service department.

Stay clear from this dealer, not with the effort. They will tell you anything but the truth and never own up to their own mistakes.
