We purchased a new truck from Dilawri in September. Marc Seguin was our salesperson. He was incredibly accommodating and put up with us during several visits to the dealership (with a toddler in tow). He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various options available. Truck shopping as a woman was not always a positive experience, but at Dilawri I felt very respected as Marc listened intently to all of my questions and requests (this was unfortunately not my experience when shopping for a truck at other dealerships so THANK YOU). We ended up getting more than we could have ever dreamed of in a vehicle and we could not be happier (unless of course it was free - but even Marc isn't that good) :)

I bought a caravan in 2014 from them. This time I want to check out jeep and L100. The test drive was very pleasant and the price negotiation process is relax and smooth. Maurice provides very professional and patient services. Will buy from him again in future!

Nick and everyone were very accommodating to my needs and what I wanted. They went over and above to make sure I walked away with the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. When it is time for me to purchase another vehicle, I definitely will be revisiting here first.

Service with the Alan Johnston was good. It was when I returned a week later with an issue that I wasn't satisfied and for that reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
