Dilawri Dodge Chrysler service department is awful. Booked an appointment for a safety recall notice for my Dodge dart two weeks before I brought it to Dilawri on Hunt Club. I took 2 hours off work to get there and back, and they call me at work later that day to inform me that they can't do the work. because they have to order the parts! To add to the incredible ineptitude of these people, no apology forthcoming. I emailed Chrysler Canada, and they apologized, but not the dealership.

Brought my Dodge Dart Turbo in for replacement of a transmission module (Vehicle Safety Recall). Called two weeks ago to make the appointment. Brought the car in yesterday and they call me at 10:00 to tell me the parts have to be ordered! They had two weeks to order the parts and they wait until I bring the vehicle in (plus two hours off of work) to tell me they can't repair the vehicle due to the parts not being there! On top of that - no apology! This is incredibly bad, poor and inefficient service! After this, I will no longer bring my car to Dilawri Dodge for service. Nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them either! Don't know what has happened, because their service department used to be very good, but over the last two years has deteriorated. Not very friendly either! On top of that the service guy tells me that they recommend that I get a brake inspection and fuel injection cleaning for $325.00. Now that's service (he says with sarcasm)! I explained that I lost two hours of work having to bring the vehicle in for this repair and the guy says that next time they will give me a loaner vehicle! How does that make up for the lost hours of work. I will lose more time, because now I have to bring the vehicle in once more when the parts do arrive!

We traded in a 2013 Honda Touring and drove home in a 2015 Dodge Journey. We were very pleased with the effort Khaled made to find the right vehicle to match our needs. The monthly payment (monthly cost of running the vehicle, fuel, winter tires, etc) couldn't differ from what we were already paying and we required more room from what we currently had with the Honda. Dilawri was far more helpful than our own Honda dealership, which was a huge surprise to us. Before walking into Dilawri, we believed the change we required may not be possible at this time. Thank you for helping with this much needed exchange. I now have a vehicle that fits my new small business' needs, and with a payment a new entrepreneur can afford.

After shopping at different places for a new vehicle, we stopped at Dodge Dilawri to see what they had. we needed a 6 seated truck and initially we were going to buy a used Dodge Ram. the used ones they had in stock did not really capture our attention. Good thing we had the most awesome salesman, not pushy, not nosy, not like all the salesman actually, very patient, funny and attentive to our needs. He was a one of a kind, that we really have never seen elsewhere, Mr. Maurice :-) He brought us to their new vehicle pound and gave us A LOT of time to check them all and see them all, and compare them all.....he kept his distance, did not try to push us and we felt very comfortable. Awesome awesome awesome with clients!!! When we refer Dodge Dilawri to someone, we will surely send them to Maurice.

Sales Representative - Did not take me as an a serious buyer, he laughed at my offer and said "I can't go ask them this" Took him 2 months to get me the floormats we agreed on. AND on top of that, he put my plates on the wrong car, and then put them on my car without the plastic bushing. Which he then spent 25 minutes taking off the plate, putting the bushing on. Meanwhile i had to sit around with my son while this guy couldn't even put a plate on a car. Sales Manager - Was rude and unkind. He showed me all of his non-sense numbers that they would be loosing money if they sold me the car at this price. Financer - Just an unhappy, rude old man. Wouldn't quit with trying to get me to sign up for extra warranty. The night we signed the papers he wasn't there, so another banker did. The forms sat on his desk for 6 days until I finally called to ask whats going on. So took longer than ended to finally get my car. (Could be at the fault of the dealership as well) Dealership - Gave me different tires than what we had agreed upon, which then took them about 30 minutes to resolve. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ON HOW BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS.
