Pushy towards getting the costumer to buy, And sales person didn't fully know a lot about the vehicle. But the over all experience was good. Everyone was nice and fast.

This dealer has deplorable tactics and an owner/culture that hides behind its salespeople. It lacks leadership and integrity. After a disappointing sales experience which required several trips back and forth because promises were not delivered on, we finally seemed to settle in with the vehicle. Went in for an oil change/maintenance after about 3 months, seemed to go smoothly, dealer advised everything was great. After the weather came in with a wallop this winter, I made the appt. to get my winter tires put on. This appt. coincided with my next general maintenance appt. at 6 months. I complained that the vehicle seemed not to handle too great, but chalked it up mentally to the snowy conditions. When my tire change and maintenance were completed (they had the vehicle hoisted), they sent me home with assurances that all was great, and I paid my $250.XX for the visit. Upon returning home, I cut my hand on a tire bag while unloading the summer tires for storage. Thinking this odd, I opened the bags to find 2/4 tires were worn in an unusual pattern, right down to the metal on the inside edge. I took pictures, contacted the dealer right away, expressing my concern, my disappointment that this situation was not explained to me, that we did not take the time to discuss a solution while I was there and while the vehicle was already on the hoist, and that further - no one mentioned that I would need an alignment and 2 new tires in the Spring now! I have only had the vehicle for 6 months at this point, right? Not a budget item I had planned for. I received assurances the owner and service manager would review my concerns. I asked them if that on customer service principle, they would take steps to make this right, in partnership. My request went ignored for days. I opted to get an inspection from a third party garage I could trust, who confirmed my fears. That Dilawri does not do right by its customers. My vehicle had only added 10,000 km on it since I purchased it. I had spent tens of thousands of dollars in purchase and maintenance to date. The alignment was badly misaligned and was visually detectable with ease when on a hoist. I required, and paid for out of pocket, a 4-wheel alignment, for my safety and peace of mind. The garage told me if was indeed a safety issue, and warned me that the Dealer would likely fall back on the regulatory excuse that an alignment is not a requirement for a vehicle to pass safety and that it was "visually" fine at the time of purchase. I however, wanted to have faith. I reached out and asked Dilawri to consider providing me with equal value of the cost of the alignment as an internal discount towards my next maintenance with them (no cash changing hands, and they would be guaranteed the business!), and a discount off 2 tires in the Spring with them. I did not hear back from the owner after several follow ups, and received no assurances that the employees involved would be coached, from that maintenance visit. I heard back instead from a frontline, junior person, my sales person, who proved my garage right. I was basically advised that it was not the dealer's problem, and that the car passed safety when I bought it. Tough luck customer. We don't really care. We have your money and we don't care about your trust. This dealership has no customer service integrity, is content to let its customers down, and does not "make things right" when they fail, even when someone's safety is involved, on principle. Spend your money elsewhere, consumers! Beware Dilawri.

Booked an appointment for recall and had to take time off work as it had to be a weekday. They did other work but NOT the recall and said I had to come back again to get work done! Would have been nice to know that before. More time off work. Why didn't they order the part when I called the first time? It does not seem like anyone who works there cares about the customer or knows what is going on. Even when they try to sell you packages they talk a mile a minute and don't know how to answer your questions. Trying to reach them is almost impossible as there is never anyone at the front desk.

Worst dealer I have ever met. They mislead young customer who doesn't know about car very well. The business manager cheated me sign the purchase agreement and print the car's information on the agreement after our talking without telling me. When I feel I was cheated, their sale manager even forces me to buy the car and threats me by going to the court. Never trust them and do not buy car from this dealer.

Marc Seguin is the best salesman I've seen yet I told him what I want and he gave it to me no upswell no trying to sell garbage he was straight up and got me what I needed with haggling and trying to make me get something I didn't need the truck he got me for my needs perfectly and was even able to get me a wicked deal on my trade in good job guys
