Went to see Simon at St. Albert Dodge, great guy to work with, I would have given this a 5 star if not for the bank, totally out of the dealership's hand but all in all we had a great experience with this dealership especially with Simon, if you need a vehicle, I would strongly suggest checking this dealership out and look for Simon.

We decided to downsize our ram 2500 to a 1500. After not being able to find what we were looking for in grande prairie, we decided to look in Edmonton. St Albert Dodge was the first and only site we looked at in Edmonton and found the perfect truck in a few short minutes. Shane O. was wonderful to deal with. We were a little apprehensive at first due to being so far away. He quickly reassured us and answered all the questions I had. The hardest part was waiting the 10 days that my husband still had to work till we could go pick it up. Thanks again Shane, Daylan and Rob.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with purchasing a new vehicle than we were with St. Albert Dodge. From the moment Ralph Joseph reached out to us to arranging a command start, we have never been so impressed with Ralph's attentiveness and respect that was given. I had the opportunity to visit St. Albert Dodge while my son was purchasing a new truck! I was just starting my journey to purchasing a vehicle also. I received excellent service from Ralph Joseph, who was so patient and understanding . He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle & what my budget was. After almost a month he came across my Jeep Cherokee!! Thanks also to TJ, Sales Manager & Clint, Finance Manager to making this major purchase fun & relaxing!! Great service by all!!

We were working on a deal for a new 2021 ram 1500. When we asked what our final numbers would be, no one got back to us??? So we bought the exact same vehicle somewhere else for less, and we got more for our trade in. We saved around $9000 just by going elsewhere. Monthly payments were way higher with St.Albert dodge and there was no communication???.
