Honestly the best buying experience I think I have ever had. From Mike in sales to Clint in finance, to John who delivered. I purchased my Ram 1500 in no time! Sales was quick to respond and answer all questions and finance was insanely quick! When John delivered he answered any questions I had. Very satisfied with my purchasing experience!! Thanks guys!!! My purchase before this one was the worst I had ever had, thanks for making it great again!!

Mike Mercer hooked us up with an unbelievable deal and he went the extra mile following up and making sure we got the options we wanted. He made himself available and even called back right away after leaving a message. I understand sales reps are busy with many customers, but some juggle their priorities better than others and Mike was the most responsive by a mile. Highly recommend dealing with Mike. As for the finish line, Rob Horner in finance was also impeccable and was very thorough and patient when going through the numbers. Some places rush and try to gloss over details but not this team. Will shop here again.

In late June 2020 my wife, son and I went from Millwoods Edmonton out to St.Albert Dodge as we heard of the amazing service from some of my Coworkers. We went in looking for brand new (but open to used) 5+ seater with all wheel drive/ 4x4. We ended up speaking with Jason in the fleet department but also met a few other salesmen and service staff through our process. Everyone was very tentative to us being there and took great care of us. We got to test drive a half dozen vehicles and even were able to take one home for a weekend to see how living with it would be, we went back and forth narrowing down the vehicle and specifics and They were very helpful giving us answers and patience while we figured it all out. The Financing guy was very knowledgeable and fast at getting us an amazing deal put together with cash back and extras. We still go all The way out there for servicing on our 1 year old Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in red. Thanks to them and their amazing service we will be buying future vehicles from them and referring everyone to go there to purchase and maintain vehicles. Thanks Again St. Albert Dodge.

Had a great experience buying my new Ram at St Albert Dodge. I knew what I wanted to see and drive and Alan Wack made it a seamless pleasant experience.
