My husband took our cruze in for an oil change on friday may 25 and recieved a great surprise of having a complimentary oil change due to the launch of the 2017 cruze!! The service is always welcoming and informative. Enjoy knowing that my dealership has employees that truly care for their customers. Great job everyone!

We have had our 2014 Trax in for issues regarding the #4 cylinder, it's going full circle and I'm not impressed.

The belt had to be ordered from Scarborough so it took awhile but likely was completed in minimum time. I test drove the car for a couple hours and all was well.

The staff at Nurse are terrific! They were courteous and pleasant. The work I requested was done in good time and I was notified as soon as it was complete. I also appreciate being notified when there are recalls so that the problem can be rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Another service appointment will be required..the problem with the transmission persists and is one louder and more frequent. It's a little disappointing that the customer was not asked to replicate the problem on a test drive

Everyone is friendly no issues, they get me set up as quickly as possible, the car is clean and service completed. I would like the actual service guy to be available when I come to pick it up in order to describe the work completed rather than having to find someone else to do that. He did tell me over the phone but somethings are better in person, especially the queue system changes. Thank-you Elaine Hatch

Everyone is always pleasant. The car was washed but not very good. There were spots of dirt on the roof, the hood and the truck. Looked like paw prints but still should have been removed.
