Not sure what service I had one of my vehicles in for as there is no reference to the visit. I always come to Nurse because that's where I bought and always get personalized service for what I feel is a fair market price. By coming to the dealer I get recall checks and the right parts by people who work with these brands everyday and will honour a warranty. If I go somewhere else They may not have the same training, not check for recalls and warranty is not considered, parts could be from anywhere.

Engine Light indicatior on and it was the wiring from the Sensor back to above gas tank.Evan Andrews made me aware that it had been critters eating the wiring including conduit.Evan has always been Very Professional and kept us up to date whenever our vehicles have been in for service, Sincerely Stephen May

Had a noise in the front that the first time I brought it in they couldn't hear. When I came back to have the wheel torque after 100 Km , Jackie from service went out with me to hear the noise and had it fixed for me a few days later. Thanks for your perseverance and kind attitude Jackie.

My latest service appointment for a 2014 Cruze was a great experience. The service staff were polite, courteous and friendly and looked after my requirements in an efficient, thorough and businesslike manner. The procedures were performed well within the projected timeframe and I was kept informed of every step. A courtesy shuttle was provided for transportation to and from the dealership and the wait was minimal. In summary, Nurse Chevrolet lived up to their excellent reputation and my personal expectations as a longtime client. I would endorse this dealership to any prospective client without any reservations. Looking forward to my next appointment!
