They helped my mom get a new car and they made the process very easy. They are very patient and took the time to show us all of the new features of the car. They were not pushy at all. Great Work.

Should have a minus star rating, or at least give us an opportunity to put up no star. Worst service when you ask why they changed your oil and they weren't suppose to. Didn't tell us they did that, could have caused a lot of damage to our engine. We use synthetic which allows us to go longer between oil changes, but using regular oil that long could cause damage to the engine. Then when my Husband asked why they did this he was kicked out of the Service managers office. Have yet to receive an apology. Will not go back there again.

We only use Synthetic Oil and buy it in bulk.

Pretty good place to bring your Honda vehicle. They're professional and consistent for the most part. If you ask about the "special" you can get the usual oil change plus some extras for a good price. Dont go there if you have serious issues to be diagnosed thoug. Between Jonker and Campus Honda in Victoria I was there 5 times and spent over $1000 trying to fix my OEM alarm issue and they couldn't. I emplored them to ask the "Honda fraternity" for help and they wouldn't do anything unless my vehicle was there "on the clock" and even then apparently no one in Hondaland could figure out why my alarm would randomly go off. So after $1000 they just disconnected my alarm altogether:( I still gave them 3 stars because it wasn't just Jonker....but they should have fixed it.
