I had a great experience here. I ended up walking out with a brand new car. Everyone was very friendly. I love when people know about cars and what they are selling, and don't try sell you something bad. The store looks amazing, very clean and neat. I am super happy that I went here to get a car.

Where to start, Took my truck in to Woodstock Chrysler and long story short got charged for work I did not authorize they quoted me to change my fuel actuator ( the part would be in the next day ), a week and a half later I call and they tell me that they are just finishing up my truck. I ask what my bill is and get told the price which is $3000 over the quoted price. I ask why the price is so different to what I was quoted I get told there must have been a communication error that they changed my hi pressure fuel pump. So anybody dealing with Woodstock Chrysler should get a written quote so you don't end up like me screwed over !!!!

No nitro for tires. No detailing of vehicles. Snotty staff in service. Sat outside 25 mins. waiting to drive into service. Phoned service told to come in. How are you suppose to know when it says drive thru service. This will be my first and last time here. Next year buying a truck it won’t be from here. How long does a oil change take with a appointment time???
