If I could give them no stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They broke our car and refused to fix it themselves. If your thinking about going here, don't. Anywhere else is better.

Hands down the best experience at a car dealership I’ve had to date. It started with an internet inquiry, that was dealt with right away, and ended less than 24 hours later with the purchase of a 2022 MDX A-Spec. I had already been dealing with another Acura dealership but I’m grateful I met Tim. What an incredible, easy going experience! Knowledgeable, fun, relaxed, and really gets a sense of what his clients (to be) are looking for. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Grant and Troy. The three of these gentlemen are full of class and integrity. Truly an A+ experience, and I wish nothing but great success for these guys moving forward. I will be sure to recommend them every chance I get….. and will likely be back in the not too distant future for an RDX for my wife :) Many thanks, Kyle

After leasing vehicles from Acura Brant Street for the last 16 years we were very disappointed when we tried to buy out the lease of our 2019 MDX with any follow ups or help. I guess it was due to us changing (after 4 MDX's) to a Genesis that no one wanted to help. Lucky for us Oakville Acura was able to finalize the deal and the vehicle went to a new owner. Moral of the story: 'if you don't deal with us as loyal as you have been, then we don't deal with you'. Looks like we will not make any leasing efforts for any family vehicles after this most recent issue.

Went here on an emergency back in June 2021. Tire had a nail puncture. This dealership fixed it but approx. 4 months later I'm told the plug is leaking. Only four months later means to me that they didn't fix it properly. I contacted this dealership recently regarding the issue. They said they would call me back. Still haven't heard back from them. On top of that, after my car was returned to me after the repair, there was garbage on the front passenger seat and in the car door cup holder. This was real sloppy work, guys.

If you want "excellent, goes above and beyond to make customers ecstatic" customer service go see Donnie Stoddard at Acura on Brant!!! He's one of the most personable, down to earth, dedicated Sales Managers I've ever experienced! His customers are appreciated and he let's each and every one know it! The best "PME" (Positive Memorable Experience) ever!!

The best service by far that I have received purchasing a new vehicle. Tim who sold the car was professional and efficient. Delivered the car to my house and no issues at all. Grant from the finance area who dealt with the paperwork was efficient and made my job easy. Definitely would recommend any buyer to use them for an easy and smooth experience
