Always a pleasure doing business with Orillia VW

We were in need of a new vehicle for our delivery business. The team at Orillia VW listened to our needs and were able to customize a deal specific for us. Trade in value for the old VW was also fair and we are very happy with the new Tiguan.

I have a warranty issue and Volkswagon will not cover it! Seems no recourse for what is obviously a defective product. The rust on the tailgate of my 2008 Touareg is so bad the licence plate cannot be attached! When I tried to find a replacement it seems to be a problem with all of them as I had a difficult time finding one without rust. And Frederick was the previous owner, I brought the vehicle in and I am Kristine McCabe - 416-518-3608.

The service provided was for corrections made to the block heater receptacle. As usual the scheduling was fast and convenient. Lisa explained exactly what was needed and the length of time needed to complete the task. The facility's are very clean with coffee and other goodies available for our convenience, I'm always very pleased with the personal touch and very freindly and informed service.

Barely Passable Service

Experience with Mitch as a sales person was fine, but as for the rest of the dealership especially the business manager.. Absolutely horrible. Not knowledgable in the slightest. As a whole the experience could have been better, I expected more.
