rust warranty

well although not all the parts were replaced by the warranty that we felt should have been We were pleased with what was. Had to contact after car was picked up as it was left a mess. Took the car back in and it was cleaned up. So other than that everyone was quite pleasant to deal with. The heavy coat of work shop dust and grease finger prints should have been dealt with before we got the call that the car was ready. Avoiding an extra trip and extra days without the car. Communication from beginning to end was good…the last call about the state of the car was disappointing as the rep became a little argumentative.

The team at Orillia Volkswagen always treat us so well. We live two hours away, and they have always served us with smile, and accommodated us so many times with a extra rental for the day so we can run errands. We would not go anywhere else, and have referred many friends and family to them.

The service that was last provided in the shop was a camshaft sensor. The experience was excellent, quick and prompt service. The turn over time on returning my vehicle was really fast which included the complimentary car cash.

Trading in our vehicle for a newer to us used vehicle at Volkswagen Orillia was a great experience thanks to Mark. He was most courteous, and his efficiency in dealing with the paperwork was amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
