regarding transmission issue with 2012 Passat: dealership was great, service was great, provided a loaner and properly fixed the car it runs great now

had transmission issue with my 2012 Passat, Darryl at service was professional and courteous, provided a loaner and eventually they found the car needed the tranny replaced, was a good experience on this particular visit.

Feel like I was tricked by a used car salesman!.

The car came aith a manual...but it was in french. The VW multi point inspection showed that the AC was in working order, when in fact the can does not have AC.

I rarely give a perfect rating but these folks deserve it! It all started when Mitch in sales sold me my 2011 TDi which I have continued to have serviced at the dealership due to their excellent customer relations. Pricing has been more then fair and the fact they offer loaner vehicles and even clean the vehicle makes the drive from Barrie to Orillia worth it. We were so happy with the service we received by both departments when my wife decided to make the leap from a WRX to a 2015 Golf. Once again the no pressure sales tactics and the reasonable trade in offer made the decision easy. Everyone there keep up the great work! The Collison's

Orillia VW ordered in winter mats and trunk cover when I bought the car used. After owning the used car for a month and it required a new battery, Orillia VW changed my battery for free with a complementary wash.

The old billboard on the Hiway used to say: Orillia VW Nice Guys. And it's true. Everyone is nice. There is no pressure. It is pretty easy going. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the info night for new customers where you go into the shop is great. It not only empowers the customer with important information about your vehicle but also pulls back the curtain on the service department so there is no mystery behind closed doors.

tried to up sell service that wasn't needed let me stand and wait 25 minutes after service was finished. They made a futile effort to contact me after I told them I wasn't happy.

As above all good great staff knowledgable waiting area tight but I was the only one there. Having central pay area for the entire dealership sales use it parts use it service use it sometimes the wait is less than time efficient
